John Quinn
Professional Experience:
Jack currently concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, business and commercial litigation, employment law and general civil practice. He is a partner in the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP, St. Louis, Missouri, and is Co-leader of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Undergraduate degree: University of Missouri-Columbia; master’s degree; Harvard University in 1972; law degree: University of Virginia Law School 1975. He has extensive civil trial experience, including employment litigation and arbitration, patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He counsels clients and litigates many covenant-not-to-complete cases, and has practiced in all of the local states courts as well in federal courts in Missouri and elsewhere. He is past president of the Mo. Organization of Defense Lawyers and is on the Board of Editors for Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
